A great dürüm starts with the right tortilla. At 30 cm across, this wrap is the classic dürüm format: generous room for meat, salad and sauce – and thanks to its soft, elastic texture it rolls up tightly without tearing. It's also the first choice for generously filled burritos, oversized wraps and baked tortilla dishes.

The tortillas are baked to a traditional recipe and stand out for their even thickness and subtly savoury flavour that lets the filling take centre stage. All ingredients are plant-based – perfect for vegan cooking too.

Two pack sizes to suit every household: the 8-pack (800 g) is the practical everyday size for families. If you make wraps regularly, cook for a crowd or love meal prep, go for the generous 16-pack (1440 g).

Tip: Warm the tortilla briefly in a dry pan or microwave – it becomes wonderfully supple and releases its full aroma.
