NAMLI Beyaz Peynir – Turkish white cheese in brine

A Turkish breakfast without beyaz peynir? Hard to imagine. NAMLI white cheese is matured in brine, with a creamy, tangy flavour, a gentle salty note and a soft yet firm texture. It belongs with fresh bread, olives and tea just as much as on the meze platter, crumbled over salads, stirred into warm dishes or as a filling for börek and gözleme.
The handy 800 g tin keeps the cheese fresh and full of flavour in its brine – ideal for families, food lovers and food service alike. It comes in four varieties from 55 to 60% fat in dry matter, from mild and classic to rich and creamy, and it's made with microbial rennet rather than animal rennet.
Tip: Let the cheese rest at room temperature for a few minutes before serving, and its aroma and texture will come into their own. On hot days, try it the traditional way, alongside fresh watermelon.
